I love to eat. Love to cook. Love experimenting with new foods, new ideas, new recipes.

In building this site, I originally planned separate pages for fitness and food. But the two are intertwined. The two things you do that most influence your health are exercise and eat.

There’s a false assumption that eating healthy means eating unpalatable food. No flavor, no fun. It isn’t true.

This is grilled octopus with micro greens and wild rice. It’s about 400 calories. Because I cooked it with Spanish influence (smoked paprika, lemon, lots of garlic), I drank a couple glasses of Spanish red to wash it down. It was also filling.
