Thursday weigh in
Weighed 160 pounds this morning, 56 pounds down from what I weighed August 2023. Over the summer, I was down to 156. The weight has come off and I’ve kept it off.
The key was learning more about what I eat. I closely tracked calories for awhile, but mostly because I didn’t know what I was eating or what getting enough fiber or certain nutrients looked like. Now, I eat what I want, but I have a better understanding of what that looks like.
