Yoga routine shift
This morning was supposed to be a slow balancing routine, but I woke up not feeling it. Instead, I subbed in a 10-minute flexibility routine from Yoga with Kassandra.
I have several of her 10-minute videos in my YouTube yoga playlist. In fact, the one I picked wasn’t the one I thought it was. It hit all the areas I wanted it to hit, so it wound up being a perfect choice … hips, back, hamstrings.
Most of her videos I have saved incorporate the three poses I try to do every morning: child’s pose, yogi squats and ragdoll. This routine didn’t have child’s pose, so I had to add that after it ended.
My back and legs feel great and a robust side body stretch really is a morning gift you give yourself.
