Cardio health estimated
I used FitBit to keep track of my workouts. I used to track workouts and food pretty closely while I was learning about what I was putting into my body compared to what I was burning.
Being an informed consumer is always a good idea.
I don’t track things very closely now that I know what I ought to do to be healthy, although I use it to make sure I hit my daily 10,000-step goal.
I’ve been curious about my VO2 Max score, especially since there’s no easy way to measure it without the right equipment.
FitBit has a way to estimate it. My estimated score is in the mid-50s. It’s excellent.
